- The editors must foster an environment where constructive criticism of our team’s potential biases and failings is encouraged
Responsibilities of editors
- Attend all editor meetings unless otherwise stated
- Plan and organize campus workshops (i.e: open mics, writing workshops).
- Manage media outlets (email, Instagram, website, etc.).
- Offer revisions for submissions.
- Organize and publish the semester’s issue (i.e., coordinating efforts with the publishing company, formatting in InDesign, etc.).
- Professionally represent The Grinnell Review.
Hiring policies
- Applicants must be current students at Grinnell College
- Applicants must apply through ADP
- Potential editors will be interviewed for positions.
- New editors are expected to attend all meetings
